At MADISON EQUIPMENT FINANCING, we work with you to achieve the best payment option for your commercial equipment leasing needs. And we'll get you funded fast!
Monthly Payments
This is our standard payment plan, with level monthly payments over the term of the lease. We offer lease terms ranging from 12 to 84 months. With this payment schedule, your up-front costs are limited to your first and last monthly payments, which are due at signing. Depending on the lease option you choose, your end-of-lease options can include:
- $1.00 buy-out
- Fair market value, or
- 10% - 20% purchase options
Seasonal or Skip Payments
This payment plan allows you to skip any three months of the year. This plan is ideal for businesses with a predictable or seasonal fluctuation in income. For example, if you operate a landscaping business in the Northeast, you can choose to skip payments in December, January and February each year. We'll pro-rate your payments over the remaining nine months of the year.
Graduated Payments
This payment plan offers substantially lower payments during the first year or two of your lease. Your payments increase in the following years to make up the difference. This plan is popular with building contractors and medical practices. With the graduated payment plan, costs are lower in the beginning of the lease term while the business waits to receive payment from third parties.
90-Day Deferred Payments
With this payment plan, you make no payments for the first 90 days of the lease. Your monthly payments for the remainder of the lease period are calculated accordingly.
6 X $99 Payment Payments
With this plan, you pay only $99 a month for the first six months of the lease term. Your monthly payments increase in the following years to make up the difference.
Quarterly, Semi-Annual, or Annual Payments
Although most payment plans require monthly payments, we also offer the option of quarterly, semi-annual or annual payments. Generally, these payment options are available only to those businesses with higher credit ratings.
